1. Do I need a Portos server for SDF warehousemanagement?

No, in august 2011 a new development in the programme is implemented. This enables existing Windows warehousemanagement to migrate to a Windows server, without using Server Virtualisation. With a minimum of off-time (1-2 hours) the software can be upgraded and installed on a new server. No changes are needed in the PLC programs.
